    Best way to gain mass, with little fat gain?

    Now that summer is almost over, I'd like to start concentrating on putting on lean muscle. I'm at about 152lbs and around 6% bodyfat right now, I was at 172 and about 15% b.f. back in Feb. before I began working out seriously and watching my diet pretty strict. Right now I follow a high protein, moderate carb., low fat diet, work out 4 times a week, with an hour of total cardio a week, that's 30 minutes twice a week. My usual schedule is: sun. on, mon. off, tues. on, wed. off, thurs & Fri. on, Sat. off. I'd like to get up to 175lbs, but I don't want to put on alot of fat, granted I know I'll put on some in order to gain weight.

    Listen to yates and increase your salmon and flaxseed oil intake.
    Prefer solid food as a source of protein or casein as well.

    Yeah, that's kinda what I figured I'd need to do. I mean I know I won't be able to stay at 5-6% B.F., but I don't want to jump up to like 18%. I've been cheating alot more too, I've gone from no cheat meals at the beginning of cutting, to one a week on Saturdays, to about 3 or so a week, plus I seem to be drinking alcohol more frequently, which I know is not good.

    Thanks for the compliments. Although I'm not quit as cut since then now, B.F. has gone up a bit since those pics due to trying to put on some weight. It's weird, I don't look as cut or defined, but I haven't gained any weight.

    Congrats you look excellent perhaps you could give your stats. U know height,weight and measurements. The reason you are not as lean as b4 but haven't gained weight might be because if water retention. Keep up the hard training, oh and personally if I looked like that I'd try to keep the size gains as lean as possible
