    Mix onions, black pepper, a bit of oregano, and garlic, with some lemon or lime with each can. Heat up the bread a little and eat, this is healty and great tasting, i also add some extra salt.

    Theres a guy at the gym who told me he has tuna shakes, I thought it was BS until I eye witnessed it, ice cream, pro powder low fat milk, a banana and a tin of tuna. If the squats dont make you puke the shake does.

    I personally prefer my tuna wrapped to some sticky rice with copious amounts of wasabi... Yummmm - yellowtail.

    When I make tuna melts I always chop up apples into the tuna. It tastes awesome!!!

    I mix up tuna with some fat free ranch dressing, pepper, and mrs. dash spice, put it on one of those organic sandwhich wraps with fat free shredded cheddar cheese and pickles.
