Now that summer is almost over, I'd like to start concentrating on putting on lean muscle. I'm at about 152lbs and around 6% bodyfat right now, I was at 172 and about 15% b.f. back in Feb. before I began working out seriously and watching my diet pretty strict. Right now I follow a high protein, moderate carb., low fat diet, work out 4 times a week, with an hour of total cardio a week, that's 30 minutes twice a week. My usual schedule is: sun. on, mon. off, tues. on, wed. off, thurs & Fri. on, Sat. off. I'd like to get up to 175lbs, but I don't want to put on alot of fat, granted I know I'll put on some in order to gain weight.
