My mum recently bought some 'healthy' Peanut Butter but the nutritional info only describes in 'Per 100g'.
So can anyone roughly estimate how many tablespoons equals to 100g of peanut butter? Thanks.
Change is good.
well...there's about 590 cals in 100 grams of pb and 1 tbs.=95 cals...so 590/95=6.2 tbs. i think that's right?!
