am i over training my legs?
i work leg on wednsday i do legpress 3x10 i do leg extentions 3x12 and seated leg curls 3x12 also seated calf raises and standing calf raises, from monday through friday i run i do a couple warm up laps then i do 4-5 100meter sprints then finish with a 800. i was thinking about doing my jumpsoles and plyometrics on the weekends but im in fear of overtraing.
im not realy going hard in the gym on leg day becouse im i want to work on my vertical for basketball, and run to get into shape for basketball.
please help i want to fit plyo. in if i can
Why no squats ?? It is a great exercise for increasing your vertical. I would drop the extensions and add squats.
On the plyo you could do it a couple times a week and still maintain recovery. I wouldn;t do it 5 times a week. MAybe friday and sunday ???
i was thinking saterday sunday.......ohh i know not 5 times a week, i just run 5 times a week
