After the catastrophe caused by my last post, I have a question for you. I am on my 4th week of my 2200 cals you set for me. Should I be raising them now, or keeping them the same? I think I might have to get in touch with you cuz I have about 5 months to get in shape, and I don't think I have enough knowledge to do it without your help. I'm still a chubby bastard.
