I always drink whey protein shakes after my workout and i used to just sip on it and treat it like a regular drink. Recently I've gotten so sick of them that i just put a scoop into a sip of milk. It doesn't taste very good but I'm over it.
1, 2 minutes TOPS.
7oz. of milk and 2 scoops of protien powder, shaken not stired haha. then i proceed to down that MF'er within a minute or so.

i'd suggest bringing a beer bong and using that, plus you'll get a few eyebrows raised at the gym when you come in with the beer bong dangling off your gym bag!

i chug mine, just because the taste isnt that great

My PWO shake is just 12 oz water + 2 scoops of chocolate Nitrean + 5g creatine. Once I get back from the gym I just mix it in a shaker cup and probably down the whole thing in 30-60 sec.
I just stick with a basic PWO shake b/c I go to the gym on my way home from work. Once I get home I usually have my shake, then relax for maybe 30 min and catch up on email, and then I'll start cooking dinner. So I'll end up eating dinner within 40-90 min of finishing my shake anyway.
