    Peas

    Probably a stupid question but are mushy peas ok to eat as a Vegetable when cutting? I like the a lot more than traditional peas.

    They're the same as peas... just mushy.

    They are fine but green beans are a better choice.

    Eat whatever fits into your diet plan. Peas, snickers bars, bacon, whatever. Just account for it in your macros/calories.

    I just asked because I am not clued up on all the processed foods stuff and wondered if anything else was done to them rather than being mushed up.
