Hello, im new on here and for the most part i eat bad maybe once a week(idk if id even call it bad)
But i have a really big weakness when it comes to the morning and its called eggo waffles. I ushally pop in four in my toaster, put loads of pb on it, and drench it with maple. I do this about 3-4 times a week.
So my question is, is there somthing i can do to make a healthier waffle?
