    Imma sucker for

Hello, im new on here and for the most part i eat bad maybe once a week(idk if id even call it bad)

But i have a really big weakness when it comes to the morning and its called eggo waffles. I ushally pop in four in my toaster, put loads of pb on it, and drench it with maple. I do this about 3-4 times a week.

So my question is, is there somthing i can do to make a healthier waffle?

Also depends on your goals? Bulking? Cutting? Maintenance?

If you can fit it into your daily cal intake (based on your goals) then technically it doesn't matter.

Uhm i honestly dont know if it should be in my daily intake or not?

Im 6'0 175 right now but when i was in the 8th grade i was 5'10 225-230 pounds and i lost all that weight in one summer dropping to 159 pounds. Started working out this past year and i can see results but i have very little cut and i wanna get a cut. But i also wanna bulk up so idk what my meals should totally be

Your going to have to choose to either bulk or cut, to do either one effectively enough to be worth doing.

Mmm eggo waffles. I used to love those ones shaped like 4 pieces of yellow/brown toast stuck together.
Pop those in the toaster and drench them in butter...

There are healthier (and tastier) alternatives, lots of whole grains are thrown into breakfast foods, it shouldn't be hard to find a waffle that's full of fiber and healthy fats.
    Also, buckwheat pancakes are delicious.

There are much better healthier alternatives to eggos. There are tons of good whole grain waffles available in the freezer. Last time I checked eggos were loaded with transfat. Nasty stuff.

There is also light and sugar free syrup. Most syrup you buy is just maple flavored HFCS. Eggos covered in syrup is just about as unhealthy as you can get.

Or get the real stuff, it can be spendy, but if you don't go overboard on your waffles it's not awful.

He could maintain, but you can't do both (i.e. recomp.) effectively enough to warrant trying it unless your chemically aided.

i really like taking Chobani (greek yogurt; 140cals 22g protein) heat up some low fat cream cheese in the micro for a bit (its like 40cals per serving use 2-3 servings) till its melty then whip it into the greek yogurt. It becomes like one of those high fat fruit dips. From there either put some artificial sweetener or use a bunch of chopped strawberries, 1/2 banana, blueberries and some apple. Chop em up real fine so they sweeeten it up. You could add some sugar free vanilla jello it will make in vanilla'y and thicken it up a bit. Let it sit in the fridge for a bit its like a rich heavy cream. That would be good and high in protein sandwiched between two eggos. Even just the greek yogurt by itself with some diced strawberries would be good (to me)

I have a waffle maker (you can get one from Target, Walmart, etc for maybe $20-30). I buy waffle mix that you have to add milk and eggs and then mix. I used egg beaters and skim milk and it tastes just as good to me as normal waffles and they are pretty healthy.

Also I think you can make up a big batch of waffles and then just throw them all in the freezer and reheat them throughout the week.
