I just broke my plateau. I was @ around 168 last time I was here.
I went from a cardio type workout where I did 10-12 repetitions per set plus burnouts of 3 sets of 10 decreasing weight after each set and not resting more than 2 seconds.
I've just switched to heavy 3 sets. 1 min rest in between. 6-7 reps each time. I'm using different machines now to hit my muscle parts at different angles.
I weighed in today @ 171 lbs. I still have a 28 inch waist.
I"m 5 ft 10 1/2 in. I'm thinking about gaining 2 lbs. of lean mass per month hopefully till mid January. Starting dieting back down to 170 by spring break.
If I don't gain well next month, I'll bust out with my glutamine.
