I haven't been counting calories, protein intake etc.. but have been eating clean. I have done the Body For Life method of eating on and off for awhile now. However, I hate the fact knowing that I have no idea how much I am eating, and I think if I counted... I would do better, and tailor my diet to reach my goals.
I am trying to do the impossible. I want to lose my gut, and gain muscle! Want to look cut...
Anyone willing to help with my diet?

and I'd say my activity level is lackluster.. except when I train.
