I got DOMSin my calves so bad that I can barely walk and am limping around the house and at work. It took 2 days to kick in and it kicked in BAD.
Here's what i did.
Parallel squats 6sets 8reps
Hammy Curls 4*10
Standing Calf Raises 5*12
I can hardly walk but at least I know i trained hard. I saved money too by not going out tonight.!! Got me some chinese food.
