okay - I hate leg day.. but it's the area that benefits the most.
Switching gears - after hashing it out w/ PowermanDL - gonna back off on the cardio and distance run/hike thing (gulp) - and try keeping it 20 - 30 mins max 3 times a week. (part of me continues to go huh?)
Leg press - (fav) 210
3 excercises - toes in 3 set 15 rep
- heals in 3 set 15 rep
- pushing with heals 3 set 15 rep
Lunges: (I hate these - can never keep barbells aligned perfectly - feel like I'm concentrating more on that then the lunge - but)
3 set 15 rep
Leg Extensions: 105lbs (fixed typo)
4 set 15 rep
Seated Leg Curls: 170
3 sets 15 rep
everyone is telling me to do squats - not wild about them... I'm whipped this afternoon and I stink. Write more next week.
