Have you had your BP checked?

Are you breathing properly when you perform the lifts?

lol, everything ALWAYS comes back to water!

When I was in bootcamp if you had a fever they would tell you to drink water, if you were coughing...drink water, just feel sick in general, drink water, have a BROKEN limb, drink water!

    Water fixes everything, I'd say!

How much water are you drinking?

I'm tempted to say DOUBLE it, again, but I dunno, lol tuttut tuttut

I get that sometimes. It might be because of Blood Pressure, but I'm guessing that it's just nothing big. It mainly happens on the stairmaster with my toes.

that used to happen to me, not to that extreme. when i did deadlifts, anything with the glutes, etc. it is probably just your nerves firing.

the tingling sensation in your head? seriously--dont sweat it. all weird types of things happen when you work out.

maybe your sugar intake was too low, maybe you didnt drink enough water, maybe it was more hot in the gym than normal

    2. if your at the gym, be there to work out. nothing annoys a serious trainer more than gym posers.

Those are some large muscle groups you're using on those exercises. And those large muscles, especially quadriceps, use lots of oxygen-enriched blood and it comes from your extremities...your head and hands.

Better safe than sorry is a good idea. Check with your doctor. But I get stuff similar to what you're describing and I'm alright.

Dont wait til it gets worst. You may fall over and die. Get your blood pressure checked ASAP. Hell, even the ones at Rite Aid are fairly accurate. And it's free!
