The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    2 Questions.....Posterior Delts and Chest

    1) What are the best exercises for working your posterior delts....specifically ONLY them.....because my anterior delts are so big that it makes my shoulders look deformed

    2) Are four chest exercises too much (5 sets of bench, 3 flies, 3 incine, 3 decline)

    Thanks

4 Excercises aren't too many, but you've got 14 sets total, which IS too many sets if you ask me. Drop the flat bench down to 3 or 4 sets instead of 5, and drop all others down to 2 sets.

Either that, or drop one of the excercises.
