    Which EFA's?

    OKay I know that as part of an effective cutting plan EFA's play am imperative role, but what i would like to know is which ones yeild the most importance too me and how much should i be taking daily?

    ive already got;

    *Cod liver oil caps
    *olive oil
    *makeral & salmon
    *Natty PB

    but i can also get flax if i want or MCT oil, can anyone suggest any others if required? and the amounts i should be taking as in a contribution to my daily diet?
    The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

    I would recommend going with 25-30% of your daily cals from fat and get at least 6g of fish oil in there to make sure you get adequate omega 3 fats. Most people get plenty of omega 6 fats from their diet so no need to supplement with that. Although olive oil does not really contain much in the way of EFA's it can be used to get in the remainder of the 25-30%, and it does offer other benefits as discussed in the sticky at the top of the forum.
