OKay I know that as part of an effective cutting plan EFA's play am imperative role, but what i would like to know is which ones yeild the most importance too me and how much should i be taking daily?
ive already got;
*Cod liver oil caps
*makeral & salmon
but i can also get flax if i want or MCT oil, can anyone suggest any others if required? and the amounts i should be taking as in a contribution to my daily diet?
