Feel free to change around the protein scoops, I used what I felt like.
2 Tbsp Natty PB
2 Tbsp Natural Strawberry Jam
2 Scoops Soy Protein
2 Scoops Unflavored Whey Isolate
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey
1 Cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
1 Cup 1% Milk
Makes 24 oz (3 - 8 oz servings)
