I've been doing standing tricep extensions for awhile, and I started my Add 50 lbs to Bench routine today and it said to do lying tricep extensions. I'm not really sure if the way I did it was right or not, but I did quite a lot more weight with better form (I know this sounds contradictory, what I mean is that my elbows were tucked closer to my head, my arms weren't moving unevenly, and I wasn't really shaking) and a longer ROM. Is this normal?

Longer ROM is a good thing.
