Getting to 135 (3 plates) is not going to be easy. I actually had 2.8 on 100 but if I don't get the rep I don't count it. I could feel these down to the bones in my arms....but I like these a LOT.

TEH RANDOMNESS:Well guess who showed up last night for ARMS day.....he-he.....I'm betting he couldn't even **** off this morning :evillaugh....he was near tears on the PB DB curls......with 20's......no mercy from now on.....tonight is Chest and I have my wife meeting me so I know I've got a quality spotter! No lies guys.....if you can get a girl to spot you she is less likely to help you and you are more inclilned to work your ass off....she won't touch the weight until I can't move....props to her bigtime! Had an awesome Steak last night.....about 2 inches thick cooked out on the grill .....oh man it was done too perfection juicy and just damn good ....lo carbs folks so that was it. I'm achin gto get to the gym tonight and blast my pecs! Friday I love it!
