    some questions about WSB...

    1- if my 2 board press if alot weaker then my flat bench max? triceps right?

    2- when i squat near max my knees tend to or want to come in closer but im standing wide...???? wha weakness is this?

    3- do u guys do light and heavy work for your other exercises? like say on ME bench u go light for tris,back etc. and on DE u go heavy on those exercises? or do u do the oppisite? or just stay at a certain number of reps always? the reason i ask is cause i could understand going heavy on DE days cause you have more energy BUT u have to hit it again in 72 hours and ME days u get 96 hours so thats when i think well maybe i should go heavy on ME cause i get more rest??? lol sorry i might be putting to much into this but it bugs me some..

    * hips. learn to force your knees out, spread the floor.

    ** I don't. I somewhat plan out some fo the assistance stuff (avy triceps on DE bench day, more volume on ME day), but really, it stays about the same. DE days are HARD. I think DE squat day is much tougher than the ME squat day.
    Squats work better than supplements.
