    What else to drink?

I've been doing good on my diet and it shows when I have so much gas from not eating that much cars/fat.

I drink mostly water and tea with no sugar at all.

What else can I drink that isn't high in sugar.

I sometime drink Crystal Light and the occasional diet soda or coffee. Other than that it is usually water and decaf. tea.

i usually stick to 3 things:

    water
    crystal light
    iced tea (sweetend with splenda)

i also have the occasional diet soda, except i find that diet soda can make me burp quite a bit, and it doesnt always agree with my stomach

Doctor told my mom this week to quit drinking diet soda it was hurting her liver. She drinks alot though. I drink about a 2 liter a week so I a not to worried.
But ya it sucks finding something tastey to drink. Try a little lemon in your water theres not that much carbs in a splash.

a lot of those drinks contain large amount of sugar. note the reason why they are called "energy drinks". but i have seen diet sobe now. doesnt look too bad. i was thinking about possibly trying it (although i havent check the nutritional info yet)

Why do they need a diet Sobe? That's what energy drinks are for, energy! That'll be like putting out a diet Gatorade

When I'm not in the mood for water, I drink a carbonated flavored water.. it's clear, has no sodium and no calories. Don't recall the brand name offhand, but there are a few brands and many flavors.

I still highly suggest green tea. Has antioxidents and I heard it increases your metabolism

Unless you are drinking some insane amount I doubt that the occasional diet soda is going to hurt you. I definitely wouldn't recommend regular soda, just because of the fact that it is full of empty calories.

You can also try something like Diet Rite which has no sodium, caffiene, or aspartame. Taste decent as well. I believe Splenda is used to sweeten the drinks.

Would a soda be good post-workout? Like if you forgot your protein shake and dextrose because you were in a hurry

soda has sugar. the "high fructose corn syrup" part of the ingredient

now maybe if it said "dextrose" or "maltodextrine" it would be a different story.
