How long should I give myself?
I recently began doing some cardio after about a 6 month, or so, bulking session. Around May 3, two weeks ago, I started doing HIIT 3x per week. I lift 4x per week. I'm 6'1'' 200 w/a 35'' waist .... I don't have a digi-cam, so no pics and I don't know my bf%, but I'd guess it's around 15%, because I can see my top 2 abs, but the bottom ones are not visable. What I'm asking is, how long should I give myself before I should start noticing visable results.

It all depends on you. If you keep your diet clean and keep up your excercise program, you should be seeing results pretty soon
