    It looks like 1 cup has 206 cals, 48g carbs, 3g protein and .2g fat. You can check out or for almost any kind of nutritional information.

    for 1 cup, cubes it comes out to be: 157.67 cals., .19g fat, 37.54g carbs, 2.03g protein

    so yeah basically what was posted above
