1 year ago, 5'8" 140 lbs, really thin.
now, 5'8" 175 lbs, been working out, cable machine.
Seem to have hit a wall, does a cable machine hinder long term results?
i am nearly at the maximum weight for the machine, with only increased reps to look forward to.
Where do i go from here?
Ps, cant affford a Gym or freeweights.
