    Current lifts?

    I'm just wondering how much you guys can (1 rep max, BB = barbell...):
    BB Bench
    BB Row
    Dead Lift
    Squat
    BB Curl
    Seated BB Military Press
    Hamstring Curl
    Leg Lift
    Skull Crush

    I've only gone to a public gym with friends a few times, and most of them are bench/curl jockies, so I'm curious as to how much you guys lift so that I can figure out how "proportional" (wow, what a lame excuse for a good word in this case) I am..
