Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I doubt it would affect your recovery time, but you can always just bump it back a day since most sunburn pain only lasts a day.

    That's a must .

When I get sunburn, I try not to stretch my skin when lifting because it hurts.

LOL, I wish it only lasted that long. I've had mild sunburn hurt up to a week. Major sunburn that lasted over a month. That might have been a few degrees of a burn. I'm not sure your skin is supposed to blister.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

lol, sounds like some people here need to start using some suntan lotion. though I must admit to having some pretty crazy burns in the past as well. Nothing is worse than coming to the pool to teach lessons, and having to explain a nasty burn to your students when one of the things that you teach is to use suntan lotion when you go outside.

I've found it very very painful to workout with a burn. But if you can handle it I say go for it, I doubt it will hamper recovery time in the least.

I can't believe I'm actually telling you to do this, but eh... take a cool/cold shower. It will calm the itching/heat sensation down some.

Bro, go to the store and buy an Aloe plant. Not lotion.....THE ACTUAL PLANT.

I was nothing short of stunned to discover how effective it was.

If you can get over the slimeyness of it, you'll be set.

No joke, the slime from the actual plant itself works wonders.

You'll probably ignore this message, but you shouldn't. tuttut
