I posted about how before when i did dead lifts i felt like puking well today i did em again except this time i DID Puke.. I can easily deadlift all the weight i have 130 ...( can bench it 5 times now, will be buying two 45 pound plates soon). Anyway i started with 105 to warm up and at the 8th rep i got an overwheling feeling that i had ot puke and i ran to the bathroom and i did and it was this yellow puke that burned my throat very badly some came out my nose. ANyway i felt better after i puked.. and i was able to finish my dead lifting just feeling a little woozy thats it...

How long before you trained did you eat? I'm guessing that because all of it was yellow and it burned then you had eaten at least 2 hours prior, making most of this stuff Hydrochloric Acid from your stomach. Thats why it burned bro... Hope this finds you feelin better by now.

Make sure your breathing good, and warm up good. I puked when I first started lifting agian, I think it was because I got too hot and wasn't breathing correctly.

Keep it simple
I puked once after squats. But it was because I ate shortly before lifting, and I expected to work for 2 hours before my lift but turns out I wasn't scheduled to work, so I just went to the gym. Bad idea. I still feel that way after certain exercises... for some reason bent over dumbbell rows get me too.
Arnold said he used to do exercises unitl he puked ALL the time! He said he'd also faint now and again.
I get queasy alot, but seem to be able to keep it down.
Crazy... the only time I've ever felt sick from lifting was when I hadn't eaten enough, didn't get enough sleep and did cardio before lifting. I feel sick every once in a while from hockey... but I think that has more to do with the twisting motion you go through while skating... my tummy doesn't always take to that well.
