Well, my uncle has been lifting weights for about 10 years now and he has a total gym along with his free weights.
I have a set of weights of my own for my heavy workouts but i need something for toning and cardio.
He has offered to give me his total gym so i was just wondering what kind of results i should expect.
I have been working out for about 1 1/2 years lifting and about 5 years cardio.
I am 181 pounds and 13% bf.
I am not huge but toned.
I would like to stay my same weight but gain a little muscle and be really cut and defined.
Tell me if you think doing 2 days of heavy weights and then 3 days doing the total gym would work out to be what i want!
