Im wondering what are the best exercises/routines to increase your vertical leap

Is your jump program Air Alert II? I used it for 3 weeks a couple years back and then quit. I wish I hadn't, as my vertical was improving a lot for that short an amount of time. I'm starting it again in about a month, and this time I can gurantee myself I won't be quitting.
Also, along with the plyometrics provided in Air Alert II or other similar programs, weighted box jumps, squats, step-ups, power cleans and lunges will help out a lot. Here's another good link:
