The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Oh, the fatness!

Well, I guess my old journal was deleted for lack of activity. As it should be.

Two hundred and **cking twenty **cking pounds. Not muscle.

Dusted off the smith machine and tried on my pink tights. They don't fit anymore . I've been a bad boy.

Well, twelve-week program starts today. I'm on the road so just did some calisthenics in the hotel room. Back to the basement gym on Friday. I'll check Tryska's journal and start posting my weight when I start lifting more than her.

ElPietro, yell at me. I need motivation, buddy!

Had a good workout on my liver yesterday. Did a pretty high number of reps, but not to complete failure. Liver DOMS today is kinda bad...it has even reached my head! -- ElPietro
