Here is my diet minus the 2 other fish oil caps and minus my glutamine..im at 180 right now and probably 12% body fat and want to remain at my weight but drop my bf a little more. Any suggestions?
breakfast 430 am
1cup oats with 1/2 cup protein shake
Fish oil caps (2)
Peanut butter sandwich
Fish oil caps
3000 calories 66grams/Fat 326Grams/carbs 240grams/protein
