    I constructed this diet after my wrist surgery, but i havent had meal one yet because my arm is in a cast. Ive been on it for about a week or two and I am farting constantly all day long. What is causing all the farting?

    Meal One(if working out)
    1/8 serving meal replacement & serving of whey protein
    +12 oz 2% milk = 426 calories, 35.75 grams protein
    Meal Two
    3 eggs
    2 slices lunch ham
    2 apples
    +water=432 calories, 28grams protein
    Snack
    1 scoop whey in 12 oz milk
    1 tbsp peanut butter=370 calories, 33 grams protein
    Meal Three
    cup walnuts
    2 cups lettuce
    2 tbsp Catalina dressing
    1 slice turkey
    cup cottage cheese
    = 380 calories, 22 grams protein
    Meal Four
    Grow meal bar
    +1/8 cup walnuts = 410 calories, 32.5 grams protein
    Snack
    1 orange
    1 carrot=88 calories
    Meal Five
    1 banana
    1 apple
    1 carrot
    medium raw potato
    cup cottage cheese
    = 396 calories, 12 grams protein
    Meal Six
    8 frozen strawberries
    cup vanilla yogurt
    banana
    scoop whey protein
    cup milk=smoothie
    = 339 calories, 25.5 grams protein

    Total
    2841 calories, 188.75 grams protein

    I weigh 157, 5'9". im most likely gonna eliminate the snacks and move the snack carrot to meal 5. This gas is a huge problem especially in martial arts class.

    it could be the egg whites.

    it could be lactose intolerance. actually considering allt he dairy - i'm gonna venture a guess and say you might be getting gassy fromt hat.

    I would agree, Im lactose intol and that made me very gasy, I have cut out egg whites and switched to lactose free milk, doesnt get rid of all the problems, but what i found is that dont drin or eat any dairy if you plan to go somewhere, or dont have it 3 hours before you head out.

    i get gas from egg whites. that's when its the worst 4 me

    but o well, i still eat them

    Eggs in general make me rip @$$. I just eat the whites, and they still do it. I still eat them though.
