    Glute Help!!!!

    What can I do for Glutes without weights other than lunges... drop squats? Anytihng else that would literally kick my ass ?

    Why would you want to do anything but lunges?

    I would imagine some form of plyometrics might be beneficial. Jump squats, frog hops, bounding.

    You dont need a gym membership to deadlift, damn go and find a small cow, the rear of a small car or even small children progressing to big children

    I remember reading about a study that analyzed miscle fibre stimulation during the squat. With regards the glutes it said if you go below parrallel then the glutes get worked a hell of a lot more than by just going to parralel.

    Just squat deeper and you should be fine

    What about 45 degree leg press? Doesn't that work the glutes quite well?
    I have read and heard plenty of opinions saying that this is the way to train and other opinions saying that the opposite way is correct. Finding the perfect routine and way to train makes rocket science seem easy.

    yeah 45 degree leg press works them good, but not quite as good as full squat. If doing leg press make sure your not pushing with your upperfoot though, push with the base of your foot for your ass (I find).

    I need my ass muscles to be bigger. My ass hold alot of fat but my quads are big. My glutes and hams are small. My glutes are tiny actually I bairly have a but. Its complete solid fat and I have knee problems when doing squats. I bet I have a good 15 pounds of solid fat on my ass that could be shed.
    Age 23 Height 5'10 weight 210 2 years complete of serious lifting.
    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .
    Goal Deadlift 500 by summer now..

    Cortisol injections in your ass? I know what you mean though. Since I started squatting with a wide stance... my ass has gotten pretty big. Bothers me, but it seems to be quite popular with the ladies. Dont stress it too much and go find a women that likes a nice large firm ass
