    Bulking/Cutting Periods???

How long should you stay on each period. I've been bulking for about 3 weeks and I was wondering how long a good bulk should last?

My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.

I agree. My last bulk lasted about 6 months before I got to where I wanted to be.

I've been bulking for 2 years and I'm still not where I want to be, but I have some pretty high goals. I'm currently cutting but I'll be going back to my bulk in a couple months.
