    Training Legs

Do you think it would be all right to train 2 times a week for legs?

    Leg work out:

    3 sets for each
    8 - 10 reps

    Dumbbell Lunges
    Leg Press
    Hack Squat
    Leg Extensions
    Calves Raises
    Lying Leg Curls

I was doing squats but hurt my back, I have a old hockey injury so I had to cut them out which sucks because that exercise was really working well for me.

I'd say drop an exercise for quads and add one for hamstrings. It's okay to train legs twice a week, but you may want to consider a "heavy" day and a "light/speed" day.

personally i train legs 3 days a week
just as you train bicep/tricep/shoulders on 3 days

I train quad/hamstring/calf on 3 days in the following breakdown:

    Day 1 Hamstring/Chest/Tricep
    Hypers 2x10
    Leg Curl Mach. 2x10
    SLDL 3x10

    Day 2 Calves/Back/Bicep
    Seated Calves 3x10
    Standing Calves 3x10

    Day 3 Quadriceps/Shoulders/Abs
    Lunges 3x10
    Leg Extensions 2x10
    ATF Squats 3x10
