is there an alternative excersise that i can do instead of military press to get bigger shoulders. i disloacted my shoulder about a year ago, and i wot be hitting military for a while. if anyone knows id appreciae. thanx.
you could try a DB press or Arnold Press.

well i was trying to avoid most overhead exercises.....
front lateral raise, and regular lateral raise, also could try upright rows
