well as the title suggests ive been a bit of a brass cat recently and cant afford the gym, althouth i have a basic bench press bench in my loft, but what should i do when i jsut havent got the equipment?

looking at the routines im not gonna be able to do them all, should i just do more of the other exercises?i havent got any one to spot me either, should i just not bother and wait until i can scrape some cash together?

sorry if i seem a bit dim but im kinda new to all this.

ive been to the gym for a month, and i really started to enjoy it after about two weeks,and ive definatley noticed some improvements, but i had to chuckle to myself about all the conflicting advice i was given on a daily basis, it seems everyones an expert.
