after absorbing 45g protein, how much time do you need to wait before taking additional protein?

(since from what I have heard, to body cannot absorb more than 40-50g of protein at one time...)

This has been debated quite a bit on here, and there's no clear answer.

I'd say just include 30-50g protein with every meal, and space them each a couple of hours apart.

THe body can absorb as much as you put in it, it's all a matter of time.

From what I can tell, it's not a matter of how much protein, but how many carbohydrates you eat WITH the protein. If you eat a ton of protein at once, your body will convert the excess into glucose, but I believe it won't to the same extent if you provide carbohyrates at the same time.
