Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

A few questions about Routine #1

I'm going to start doing routine #1 for a while..I have a few ignorant questions...so bear with me, LOL, but I was looking how to do the exercises on the video/example and I couldn't find a few..

    Deadlifts
    French Press
    Hammer Curls..

And for Narrow grip bench press, how far in should your hands be?

    Thanks in advance,
    snow.

also, i also have this stupid pre-conceived notion that you have to do a lot of sets and reps. i usually have been doing 4 sets of 12 for everything except benching, is this bad? lastly, will benching only once a week increase your chest size?

thanks again for helping some1 stupid out!!

On CGP, I just get my grip on the bar, then stick my thumbs out so they cross and each touches the other hand (about 3"). Just makes it easier to keep it all even.

I'm starting week 2 of WBB1 today, if you're eating right, and resting, you'll see the difference.

Can you sub the Barbell row for the seated machine row and get the same results?

I don't see why not. I prefer the BB row because of the balance required. I try to stay away from as many machines as I can. I really only use the Smith machine for squats (because I have no spot), the calf machine, and the leg curl machine. All the rest are free weights.
