    OK , SCREW bulking ! I'm cutting now. Suggestions for getting rid of handles.

    It's me, just that now I have a slighter bulge on the handles. Forearms have one or two veins. Those are all visible changes i can see right now.

    That's right, I got handles now. In school I get comments like oh that kid is surely pure fat. I mean the fat makes him look big, he's got no muscle. WTF! This gets me so pissed. Just because I got handles my chest, lats and arms are fat? And no one can see that I can squat 250lbs ATF x6, so now, I'm pissed, and I am cutting.

    Please, considering I am still 16, give me the MAXIMUM fat loss training I can perform while losing minimal muscle. Can I do more cardio than normal, if I keep my protein higher than 1g per pound and considering I have high nat. test levels?

    I will be dieting (AMR - 500 ) following a 40-30-30. DIet is fine

    oh yeah, and I weigh 180lbs now (10lbs heavier). ALl bodyparts improved about half an inch, but other than the veins nothing visible, so no new pics.

    Hrmm.. no comments. Just something that after many times of trying to diet I have figured out. I'm only 18, and I will have worked out for a year in two months.

    A suggestion, forget the dieting, forget worrying about percents this and percents that. Instead just eat when you are hungry ( which is about every 2 hours for me anyway ) and eat clean. Just keep track of what you've eaten and how much in your head.

    You can figure out that if you eat this much protein and carbs for each meal; it will equal to this much totaly/per day. Just do that; you don't need to get on a strict diet. Instead concetrate on getting stronger, getting bigger, and growing.

    Just something I'm going to live by for a few years. Maybe after 2 - 3 years I'll worry about dieting. But, for now, I'm just going to eat to grow. I wouldn't say I'm bulking, but I'm not cutting up either. I'm just keeping my body satisfied.

    To further add, my good bro had a little pudge when he first started. Weighed 145 or something. I can't remember. Shot up to 175, and is now (I think) 164-165, in the single digit BF.

    well im cutting to show myself the work i have. really i've always been fat, and had a six pack for what seems to be 2 weeks once. never lasted. I want to get cut. I hate walking down the street with a little gut. it looks pathetic. not to show off, it's not like im going to go down the street without a shirt on bro. it's just that being lean is my only goal now.

    ok please, respect my opinion here. everyone here is trying to get me to not cut as if i were planning on juicing like cack was. please, take my question seriously and answer it. i will cut, and i will not bulk. once i cut, ill bulk. the fat has gotten to the point where i am very uncomfortable with it. please, view from it my side. ever been really uncomfortable with how fat you got? well, please, answer the question!

    Yes.

    I was 24% bodyfat after the first time I bulked. I started at 125 lbs.

    Mmmpphmmm good doughnut! Like Yates said, eat clean, train hard, do some cardio... just let things glide. The more you think about this sh*t the more it's going to confuse your goals and discourage you littleman.

    STOP THINKING. (Hopefully you've got the basics)

    Workout, and the ones you want will come and the ones you don't want will go.

    You workout, you will gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. The muscle fibers will "come" and fatty cells will "go."

    Just by training hard and gaining muscle you will lost bodyfat. Trust all of us.

    i've been training for a while, and i don't lean out while "working out" because I always bulk with around 3500-4000 cals and I put on fat ! Didnt lean out for ****. OK, Im on a 403030, and I want to cut, and I was wondering whether I could do more cardio than normal?

    THis is what I do

    morning
    wake up, 30 mins cardio
    wait 60mins to eat

    evenings:
    workout, 20mins cardio, immediately, have post workout meal.
    on non training days, 45 mins cardio, wait 60mins prior to normal meal (not post workout).

    With school it's hard as hell to wake up in the morning and I really hate it. So I've been cutting since Sunday, and I haven't been able to do the morning cardio. SO< i was wondering , when I do get to start it, I will have in total around 125 mins of cardio daily on non training days moderate intensity. Can I up it a bit more (i do have the will). WIth my hormone levels, isn't it safe to do such "catabolic" activities for so long?

    Okay, some questions first and I'll try to help.

    What is your diet like right now since you have been trying to lose fat? It may be a matter of you eating the wrong foods. Tell me what foods you are eating at each of your six meals.

    Second, how many days a week are you doing cardio and are you maintaining your current weight with your current cardio schedule and diet?

    I am on a cutting diet myself and have been trying some different things to get rid of my body fat so I may be able to offer some suggestions.

    no , i am not complaining about not losing fat. i know how to do it and i have done it before. im on a 40-30-30, 6 meals a day ,210 protein and obviously the carbs and fats fit the ratio. i want to know how much cardio can I do while preventing muscle loss

    You don't need to touch any cardio equipment. Just tweak your diet and strip the fat.

    That is very dependent on the individual and you will probably have to experiment for yourself to see what works for you. Generally speaking for example, mesomorphs will be able to hold the muscle much better than an ectomorph. Personally I can do a ton of cardio without any muscle loss. I'm a speed skater and do lots of other cardio machines as well but people still consider me "thick". People can offer you suggestions but when it comes down to it, it's a matter of finding what works best for you. Sorry I wasn't very helpful before.

    I do no cardio and I'm thick as hell (around the waist). I think my measurements are like 32-86-12 now.

    that's cool beercan. don't look like I workout? maybe cuz Im only 16 . I want to know what you looked like when you were 16. You have no idea how much effort I've put into my training because I COMPLETELY transformed my skinny fat ass into what I am now. But really, you don't need to put me down by giving me **** like that. I will keep on growing and I will take what kazuki gave as advice, ill just ignore **** from fucks like you that have nothing good to say. go bash someone else man, cuz your bashing doesn't get you anywhere with me and really is not going to make me feel bad or much less make me give up. is that what you were trying to do?
