The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Me Talkin':
Weight 195.6...Have been feeling, and performing, like a skinny weak b*tch for quite a while now. Haven't had any protien, or creatine, in at least two months. Also, my new job is very physical in a cardio sense. I'm in constant, fast paced, motion. Makes the day go by quickly, but I can't eat enough to keep my weight up. Am finally able to afford, and just ordered, some protien and creatine this week. Might take some before/after pics and measurements, so you can see the difference it can make.

    Nice update.

    Work Capacity(Density Day)

    6 burpees
-repeat as many times as possible in 10min
    -I got 11 rounds+2 snatches+5 burpees

Swing hammer as many times as possible in 10min, switch stance every 5 swings
    -I got 290 swings

One 5min round of hard, fast shots

    3min Rounds
    2 rounds shadow boxing
    2 rounds slip rope

    Me Talkin':
Went hard last 30sec of each round...Taxing and fun. Only used a 20lb db cause it was my first time doing this imparticular session and didn't know where to start. I'll add a little weight next time, but with the burpees 20lbs was plenty to get a workout.

CoCoa---Thanks buddy. I'm not sure what's harder about conditioning stuff, physically doing it, or mentally forcing myself through it.

    Sit 1 Arm DB Ext

    Me Talkin':
An ok day. Not great, or even good, but ok. 320 felt heavy and was a struggle, but I had it, but the dumb dumb spotting me grabbed the bar. So I didn't really have a good gage of if I should try 330. So of course I gave it a whirl. It was a good effort, but couldn't lock it out.

Legs was tired from work. This whole session was very un-inspired...Haven't been running consistently. I try to run once a week, before a boxing workout. I then do a shortend boxing workout of 9, or 10 rounds.

Killer stuff there as usual son...at least step the running up to twice per week.

You actually are the nice one, lol - no way I'm giving up the cage while I'm at it -
