Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Mo Greene

Check out these pics of Maurice Greene, i didnt realise how big he was. Actually looks pretty swole and would pass off as a decent bodybuilder in my book.

    Especially the legs!

Hell most of those olympic sprinters could do pretty well in some amateur shows but they are so heavily unproportioned to their legs. You'd also be surprised as to how strong those guys are. Their powerclean and jerk pressing strength is just incredible.

My track coach in college was on the olympic bobsledding team. He was an All-american triple jumper in college before that. He had worked out with some other olympians. Years later when he is coaching track, he could still power clean 315 like it was nothing. Their explosive strength is just incredible.

He wasn't that strong in the bench but anything to do with legs he was incredible. His tear drop just freaked me out anytime I saw it. It was massive for his size.

I too have seen some impressive feats attirbuted to sprinters etc. Some of them I would like to see in person, but it can certainly be said they are quite powerful for their size.
