Ok, so I have only been lifting constant for 10 months. I went from a 36" waist to a 33" waist. I am 5'8" and weigh 168lbs.. My body fat % was done at the gym and is 17.9% (although I think I look like its lower). Please critique the pic and give me some advice on what I need to work on. I only have this one pic for now.
