Ok, so I have only been lifting constant for 10 months. I went from a 36" waist to a 33" waist. I am 5'8" and weigh 168lbs.. My body fat % was done at the gym and is 17.9% (although I think I look like its lower). Please critique the pic and give me some advice on what I need to work on. I only have this one pic for now. Oh, and don't hold back. Thanks!!!

more pics would be helpful, but here goes.
17.9 seems about right for bf%. I don't see any particular area that needs more work than another. Set some goals. I recommend you cut down to 12-13% body fat and then go on a mad bulk. maybe you could post your workout routine in the training section and we could give advice there. Good luck with everything.
