1. This thread was originally taken down for some reason, thus stopping me from learning such things as body fat %, and what I should work on specifically (besides everything)
2. Please, let's not let this be destroyed again, as it really helps me understand some things about what I should be doing.
3. Any comments, good or bad (but not bad enough to get the thread destroyed) are very appreciated.
4. I may in fact wear short shorts. (Not true, but what a fabulous song none the less)
5. Referring to #1, if someone can give me a hand and guess my body fat %, it would be great.
