I hope you believe me now. IT'S REALLY ME!!! I'm actually kinda baffled that people would accuse me of airbrushing my pics or using gear to get like this. I mean come on, I'm only 165lbs!!! to be honest I feel puny and weak. What I've accomplished was achieved by a sensible diet and excercise routine, ECA and cardio. Yes, I did a 4 week cycle of 1-Test in April, but that didn't cause me to go from 19% bf to 10%
I know I need to work on my posing. Again, I had a 3 year old taking these pics.
My quads and traps are weak points that I need to work on. Any advice or comments are appreciated.
