    cutting newbie

    ok, i did my pseudo-bulking cycle, now i want to transition into a cut. i know i should cut calories and blah blah blah but how should i change my lifting? should i just stop adding weight and try to get more reps out of where i'm at (i'm at that point now... everything's getting easier ) or do i need to drop weight, which i don't really want to do

    you dont really need to change your routine, just add some cardio to your off days and you are set.
