Hi ive always been extremely slim my whole life , i'm 6'1 150lbs. I want to try to put on some wieght and start lifting but the problem is i have a very small appetite. For an example i could barely finish a bowl of oatmeal this morning before feeling full now its mid-afternoon and i still have no apettite. What can i do to increase my appetite? woud meal replacements be a good idea?
