I'm thinking about trying the wbb#1. I have a question about warming up.
Below is day 1. For chest do you do any warmups with lower wieghts before jumping into the "working" sets?
I usually pyramid up but I want to try something new. --thanks--
Also this doesnt seem like allot of volume? Is it enough?
Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
I usually warm up with 1x8-10 of about 50lbs lower than my work sets from the previous week.
If you do the exercises in a slow, controlled way, and rest a few minutes between sets, you should find that it's more than enough.
