i have just make some using-
    400ml skimmed milk.
    30gms- ovaltine
1 scoop of vanilla protien whey
    2gm of creatine

because the milk is warm, would this affect either the creatine or whey, [ i know that milk slows down the digestion]
    cheers.

That is for a 100g serving. Is that the amount of Ovaltine required for a glass of Ovaltine?

That is still a lot of sugar IMO. Have you tried adding in some cocoa and maybe a sweetner like stevia or Splenda to help with the taste? Might help keep the cals down a bit, but if you don't have a problem with the calorie content then go for it.

plus the additional 12 grams of sugar from the milk. that makes for almost 35 grams of sugar before bed. that's to much sugar
