    WBB1 questions on reps and sets

    I know what reps and set are thats not my question. My question is what precentage of my max should these weights be. Of course i figured they have to be close to your max or a weight thats heavy to you. Am i right? Any help would be appreciated

    you should have a weight that you can only do for the prescribed number of reps. normally people work somewhere in the 60-80% range. try it out and find what weight you need
